CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FIT GUEST

If a cancellation is intimated 30 days in advance from your check-in date, the advance amount will be refunded after a 10% deduction as cancellation charges, will be applicable on estimated billing.
If a cancellation is intimated 15 days in advance from your check-in date, the advance amount won’t be refunded back however the same can be transferred or adjusted against your future bookings within a stipulated period of 03 months from the date of cancellation.
No refund of money would be given if the cancellation is intimated less than 15 days from your check-in date.

If a cancellation is intimated 45 days in advance from your check-in date, the advance amount will be refunded after a 10% deduction as cancellation charges, will be applicable on estimated billing.
If a cancellation is intimated 25 days in advance from your check-in date, the advance amount won’t be refunded back however the same can be transferred or adjusted against your future bookings within a stipulated period of 03 months from the date of cancellation.
No refund of money would be given if the cancellation is intimated less than 25 days from your check-in date.
