From the very inception NISARG, our multi cuisine Restaurant where the selected best of the delicacies from South Indian, Punjabi, Gujrati, Rajasthani, Chinese & continental cuisine is served in Buffet style has been synonymous with fine dining. The restaurant also serves mouth watering Malwani and ethnic food in the buffet. An elaborate breakfast spread of Western and Indian dishes is complemented by fresh fruits, tea and coffee.
For lunch and dinner, we have an ever-changing menu that ranges from light and refreshing to fine dining. At dinner, our ‘live’ pasta counters will engage and excite your taste buds. Prepared and cooked by our trained and experienced chefs with years of culinary expertise from their respective regions the aim is to provide our valued guests with first class and innovative gastronomic offerings with a variety of signature ethnic recipes.
A wide array of starters is available in the Restaurant and can be ordered for room service also. A well stocked bar serving premium domestic and foreign liquor is also functional.
Overlooking the swimming pool is our pool-side restaurant. The serene ambience of the poolside combined with creative menus designed by dedicated chefs, makes every meal a dining experience to remember.

The flavours, the aromas and the artistic display all come together in a fine harmony. The shaded open-air restaurant can accommodate up to 250 people offering our guests a varied, distinctive and pleasurable dining experience.
